Jonle installed my two units back in 2002, handled two heat outages and when time came replaced the heating units last year. I recommend them to family and friends for the quick straight forward service they provide at a reasonable price.
Chad does a great job. He's very thorough and explains everything well. We recently moved and Chad worked on the system at our previous residence. Thus, it was comforting to have him again at our new home. We've always had the HVAC annual maintenance contract. It's a great value and JonLe calls us to schedule. So we don't have to remember. Got appt quickly and easily online. Technician was actually EARLY after calling to ask if it was ok. He was friendly and efficient. Showed me exactly what the problem was…even showed me the part he was replacing and explaining why!

Had JonLe out for a furnace service and started a maintenance plan with them. Very professional and informative and focused on just what I needed and did not try to upsell.
I was unable to get my furnace to come on over the weekend. I called Jonle Monday morning and they came out that afternoon. Todd my technician explained to me in depth what the issue was and had the part needed. He had my furnace back up & running in less than an hour!! This customer service is the one of the many reasons I've been a Jonle customer for over 30 years!

I was very happy and impressed with the service I received. From the initial estimate to the final installation everything went exactly as planned. The two technicians were very professional and respected my property. They explain the installation in detail and the operation of my new furnace, AC unit and thermostat. And they kept the utility room probably cleaner than it was before they got here.. I would highly recommend JonLe heating and cooling.

I have been a Jonle regular for a lot of years. I actually have never been disappointed by any of the techs Jonle have sent. They are polite trustworthy types. When Cory was finished with the service, he asked there was anything else he could do for me before he left. I asked about the basement lights being off. He let a light on that was on when he went down. He ran back downstairs for me and turned it off. Not a service requirement. But it is something a nice guy does for an getting older lady.

I was impressed but this company. They got here quick sent a text with technical's picture saying he was on the way. Since my husband couldn't be here it made me feel safe just knowing who was coming. Matt was very professional and nice took time to explain the issue with our boiler system along with pictures showing the damage. Waiting on estimates for part replacement versus replacement of boiler. Great job that's for going above all rest. The picture text A+

Quite possibly the most detail oriented company I’ve worked with. The way their HVAC installer made sure every wire was secured in brackets and everything was run neat and tidy really tingles all the OCD tendencies one may have. Overall I couldn’t have chosen a better company to work with!
Will was very professional. He updated me on all the things he was doing to diagnose the problem. I felt he went over and beyond. He knew I was concerned about the cost and for some reason I did not renew my Silver Plan. In the past month I had to get a new water heater, my fireplace went out and today I needed to get new glasses. Being on a fixed income is worrisome. I was happy though with the service I received.

JonLe was awesome to work with they didn’t hassle us during the buying process or make us feel rushed, they gave us time and space to figure things out and let us know if we had questions we were free to ask. Makes it easier when making a huge purchase for your home. We were able to call and schedule the new HVAC install quickly and they work efficiently and left everything clean and tidy when done! They explained everything to us when they finished the install and let us know all the important details and what to expect. I would highly recommend JonLe to anyone in need of a new HVAC system! They also had very easy finance options for the system which was also nice to see.

The technicians were very friendly and knowledgable. They explained what was wrong and what they did to fix the problem. They also told me my unit was under warranty for parts and labor, so I did not have to pay for the service. That was a nice surprise! Thank you JonLee!
Furnace quit, long term gold plan service contract, Jonle said they would be right there, fixed the issue in minutes and then stayed and did my spring maintenance cleaning.
