The two technicians were very professional and respected my property. They explain the installation in detail and the operation of my new furnace, AC unit and thermostat. I have been a Jonle regular for a lot of years. I actually have never been disappointed by any of the techs Jonle have sent. They are polite trustworthy types. When Cory was finished with the service, he asked there was anything else he could do for me before he left. I asked about the basement lights being off. He let a light on that was on when he went down. He ran back downstairs for me and turned it off. Not a service requirement. But it is something a nice guy does for an getting older lady.

Since my husband couldn't be here it made me feel safe just knowing who was coming. Matt was very professional and nice took time to explain the issue with our boiler system along with pictures showing the damage. Quite possibly the most detail oriented company I’ve worked with. The way their HVAC installer made sure every wire was secured in brackets and everything was run neat and tidy really tingles all the OCD tendencies one may have. Overall I couldn’t have chosen a better company to work with!

Will was very professional. He updated me on all the things he was doing to diagnose the problem. I felt he went over and beyond. He knew I was concerned about the cost and for some reason I did not renew my Silver Plan. In the past month I had to get a new water heater, my fireplace went out and today I needed to get new glasses. Being on a fixed income is worrisome. I was happy though with the service I received.
